Keith Ciampa

Partner / General Manager, Baby

A Partner and our General Manager of Baby, Keith has over 30 years in the Baby Business-first as the SVP, National Sales of a baby products manufacturer, and nearly 20 years as our Baby lead at OMG.  His vast knowledge of the industry and Target give him a unique perspective in positioning your brands to succeed at retail. Keith has helped build some of Target’s most important brands in the baby category.

Kevin Browne

Partner / General Manager, Beauty & Health

Our Beauty and Healthcare General Manager, Kevin has over 25 years of experience in driving growth for unique brands. Kevin began his career with a toy manufacturer and until joining OMG over 10 years ago, was the VP of North American Sales.  Kevin’s experience in brand development, category expertise, and a focus on growth, has led him to partner with some of the most unique and fastest growing brands in the Beauty and Healthcare aisles at Target today.

Ryan Kreger

Partner / Chief Data Officer, Retail Lab™

Our leader of Retail Lab, Ryan, is an award winning Category Manager with over 25 years in category management. A proclaimed “student of the product”, he draws from his breadth of experience across many categories to gather insights and turn them into action to drive growth for all.  A trusted source for Target, Ryan’s broad base of knowledge allows for an innovative approach to generating new ideas and solutions for all our vendor partners.

John Morioka

Partner / Chief Operations Officer

Our Chief Operations Officer, John joined OMG after a 20-year career at Target. John grew up in the Target merchandising pyramid and held several positions across many categories, eventually being promoted to Senior Vice President. At OMG, John’s responsibilities include Strategy, Operations, HR, Digital Marketing, and Financials.

Marie O’Reilly

SVP of Sales, Baby & Maternal Health

Marie is our SVP of Sales in Baby & Maternal Health. Marie has over 20 years of executive sales and product development experience working with strategic retailers such as Target, Best Buy, Walmart and Amazon. Marie’s responsibility at OMG is focused on emerging brands in baby, maternity, and mom care.  Her hands on experience as a mother of three boys, and building brands at Target, has helped drive tremendous results for these important, differentiated brands.

Simon Wing

VP of Sales

Simon is our VP of Sales focused on Baby, Pet and Home. Prior to OMG, Simon was a Sr. Executive at a major Baby and Toy retailer, and developed his retail acumen in the Merchandising pyramid at Target. Simon brings a unique perspective to the business, leveraging his strategy, brand building, and strategic partnership experience to drive growth for new and emerging brands we work with.

Suzanne Berry

VP of Sales, Beauty & Health

Suzanne is our VP of Sales focused on Beauty and Healthcare. Suzanne came to OMG from a recognized national brand in the Beauty appliance category, and has over 15 years calling on Target.  Suzanne’s Target knowledge and extensive experience driving established brands and identifying new and emerging brands allows her to drive growth for our partners in the Beauty and Healthcare space.

John Kaminski

VP of Sales

John is our VP of Sales focused on Household, Food, and Beauty, as well as our leader in new retailers for OMG.  John came to OMG after a successful career as the EVP of Sales and Business Development with a leading independent studio in the entertainment industry. John brings to OMG over 25 years of sales experience, working with Target and other major retailers across all channels. John has worked with leading brands, developed new and emerging brands, and consistently identifies white space opportunities for growth.

Brian Gerten

VP of Sales

Brian is our VP of Sales focused on Toys, Arts & Crafts, Bullseye’s playground, and Food & Beverages. Brian has over 20 years of experience working in Retail, which includes leading sales teams for a prominent Toy company and a leading Produce brand. Brian spent the first 10 years of his retail career at Target, and held merchandising positions in Grocery, Electronics, Toys, and Sporting Goods; as well as leading the internal Category Management and Market Insights team. Brian brings a unique perspective to his partners given his experiences; leveraging both his Category Management and Sales background, coupled with his expertise working as a Merchant at Target and within vendors internal operations.

Heather Arntson

Director, Digital Marketing

Heather is our Director, Digital Marketing across all brands. Heather comes to us with 17 years of advertising and digital retail marketing experience, most recently leading Target digital marketing for a national growing food brand. Heather’s responsibility at OMG is to optimize sales by connecting with the Target guest along their path to purchase journey.
